Positive: Amazing room Amazing inside jungle Very good restaurants, cafe's Very good drinks, poolside food and amazing pools. Amazing Gym and Spa Very high service quality nearly everywhere

Negative: Waiting time in some restaurants too long - preferred guests should be able to make a reservation. Preferred Club lounge is not very nice. Could be somewhere else with a nice view. Concierge should tell every (also preferred club) hotel guests not to reserve any sun beds @beach and pool from 07:30am in the morning or just throw used towels on the ground next to when leaving. It's a joke that hotel guests cannot snorkel to turtle area without life jackets cause it's just about taking money for a tour to feeded turtle area within a soup of kicking life jackets.
