Located in Aventuras Akumal, 2.7 miles south from Akumal Bay, U-Nah-Kin (sun's house in Mayan) is a 4 condo building placed just in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Akumal's area. This white sandy beach is also one of the most visited by the turtles in the nesting season.
Our unit is located on the second floor. It offers a cozy veranda from where one can enjoy the beautiful sea view - sunsets are included! It also has a convenient spiral staircase which leads you directly to the sand on the beach.
With 2 bedrooms and one futon in the living area, this condo can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have windows towards the ocean side, so you will be able to enjoy the breeze in every corner of the condo.
