VillasDeRosa is located 65 miles south of the Cancun airport, on the private bay of Aventuras Akumal. VillasDeRosa offers this one bedroom beach front condo with satellite TV, CD players, purified water, daily maid services, private bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
This condo enjoys a private balcony, spacious living area with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Local or international meals can be catered to your dining room or enjoyed at our roof top bar or pool side café. Our beach bar is conveniently open all day. The swimming pool has both a shallow and a deep end for all guests to enjoy.
Aquatech, our on-site PADI dive center, is available for reef diving, cenote diving and dive training. Aquatech is a pioneer in cave, cavern and cenote diving since 1984. Snorkeling is excellent just steps from your condo and deep sea fishing, sea kayaks and snorkeling gear are all available.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying at Villas DeRosa!! The owners were so easy going and helpful. They answered questions immediately. Our luggage got lost and Tony called the local airline for us to assist (as we dont speak Spanish). We had the bottom floor that walked out to the beach, which we loved. Plus it kept the unit cool. The AC in the bedroom worked great and we never got hot at night. Housekeeping was impressive too. Clean linens every day and we never had sand on our floors. Appliances in the kitchen are bit outdated, but that didnt bother us. They still did the job. Highly recommend!
