Down a private road carved from the natural jungle, our family ranch has flora, fauna, wildlife and (Shhh! Can you hear it?)…peace and quiet! Located just 20 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and 15 minutes north of Tulum, Akumal is the perfect home base to explore the natural treasures of Quintana Roo and the Yucatan Peninsula. We have fabulous Beaches, Mayan Ruins, Snorkeling Lagoons, Quaint Villages, Animal Reserves, Secret Cenotes and the World Famous Turtle Bay... all just a short drive away.
Shared BBQ with al fresco dining area, two jungle pools surrounded by nature, children’s play area and tropical garden spaces. Plenty of space for children to run safe and free while you relax with a cocktail on your private terrace. Our 4 Acre property has 10 vacation homes with interesting international travelers from all over the world.

Camp Akumal is located in the Jungle in a gated 4 acre complex with 10 upscale vacation rental houses and 2 pools. The property is beautiful and ideal for families and couples, however we are not walking distance to the beach.
Our property is an alternative to beachfront all-inclusive resorts. We are set up for vacationers who want to rent a vehicle (or for the more adventurous - to travel by local public transportation) and see everything and do everything. There are so many different beaches, cenotes, parks and historical sites close by that you could do something totally different everyday! We cater towards travelers who are looking for the adventure of a lifetime.
We are situated in Akumal, which is central to all the wonderful things to do in the Mayan Riviera. 35 KMS to the north of us in is Playa del Carmen and 25 kms to the south is Tulum, and mere minutes away is Turtle Bay.
