The condo is located along the beautiful Riviera Maya between Playa del Carmen and Akumal in the gated community of Sirenis for your security and safety. It's a short 5 minute walk to the "Grand Sirenis Hotel" where you can enjoy the hotel facilities for the day! As well, for your convenience you will find just around the corner and Oxxo convenience store, Dive Shop and a small pizza and coffee shop. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with modern finishes. The island includes 3 bar stools for your dining area or sit in front of the TV while you enjoy your meal. The living area has a sectional sofa that can seat 3 comfortably and as many as 4. We have a smart TV in both bedrooms so you can access all the channels you like through NetFlix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Off the living area is our spacious terrace overlooking the pool and garden area with a small table and 2 chairs to sit and relax admiring the beauty in front of you. The guest bedroom is furnished as a studio for those couples or families that would like some privacy and conveniences of having everything at their fingertips. This bedroom includes a small dining area for 2, electric stove top, water jug, smart TV, microwave, small bar fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, silverware and cooking supplies. Just steps away you will find our outdoor common areas with a palapa and gas BBQ area for your use. There is also a long pool that looks out toward the tropical garden area behind furnished with a table and 4 chairs and lounge chairs to take in some sun by the pool.
Our guests can also enjoy the beautiful and serene Tao Wellness Centre situated in the middle of tropical gardens. The wellness center has 2 lap pools, a restaurant, bike rentals, gymnasium and free yoga classes. Yoga schedule can be found at the Wellness Center when you visit.
Also, as a guest at Tao Chan you will have access to the Jungle Fish Beach Club and the Bahia Principe (day pass applicable fees apply). The Jungle Fish Beach Club includes a restaurant, lounge chairs and umbrellas and pool. You are only steps away from the beautiful Caribbean. The cost of food, beverage and use of the lounge chairs/umbrellas is not included. Prices may change without notice so we suggest going there to see current pricing for the rental of chairs, etc. A day pass can be purchased at the Bahia Principe so you can enjoy the day using their beautiful facilities. The all inclusive day pass includes food and beverage, towels and the rest of the onsite facilities. Please note not all the hotel restaurants are included with the day pass.
For those of you that love to golf you will find one of the most beautiful courses located only 10 minutes from the condo. It is a Robert Trent Champion Golf Course surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants and palms! It is rated amongst the top 5 golf courses in Mexico.
