The house sits in the hearth of Akumal with in 2 minutes’ walk to the stunning white sandy beach, restaurants, art and crafts stores, and the main plaza. The house architecture is unique and once you enter the house you will fall in love and will never want to leave. This private gate away is nested by chit palms, other native trees, plants, pond and spectacular pool. The entire property is surrounded by 8 feet wall providing full privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. This is the perfect vacation home where you can enjoy a book, sip your favorite drink and just relax. The only one missing is you!!!!
There are 6,500 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, spacious terrace, breathtaking rooftop, spectacular pool and gardens. Décor is unique!!!! It is a combination of natural elements like wood, bamboo, stones, and vegetation. The entrance has a huge spacious living room with amazing pool and garden views. There is surround sound system with Bluetooth and/or iphone headset connection. Speakers can be control for terrace, pool area, living room or dining room. The Dining room has a large table sitting 12 guests. Chef’s dream kitchen fully equipped with huge pantry area, 6 burners stove, 2 refrigerators, Chef Island and lots of cabinets. Terrace is cover by a big palapa where you can enjoy a nice dinner in another large table sitting 10 guests. Another palapa covers the large BBQ area.
Upstairs is the Master bedroom and 2 guests rooms all with ensuites with showers and bath tubs. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms with ensuites with unique showers. The entire house has central air and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
Whether you want to go snorkeling with the turtles in Akumal Bay, eat out in diverse gastronomic cuisines in Akumal, ride a bikes, explore the Yalku lagoon, visit Tulum or Coba’s archeological sites,

50% of the rent will be due one week after the reservation has been process; Balance will be due 3 months before arrival plus a non-refundable damage waiver of $40 USD.
