The beautiful landscape overlooks the Riviera Maya Golf Club and Course and is surrounded by the lush Mayan jungle. Explore the gorgeous coastline, dense jungle, and amazing culture of the Yucatán. You will also be a short drive away from swimming with the turtles in Akumal, the Mayan ruins of Tulum, shopping and the nightlife of Playa Del Carmen. The Terrazas complex includes three pools, children's play area, and two outdoor social areas for grilling.
Inside this community lies the Riviera Maya Golf Course A 27-hole exclusive course with magnificent Mayan jungle, natural lakes and cenotes in a rugged geography. This impressive piece of architecture was designed by the worldwide renowned Robert Trent Jones Ii. The Riviera Maya Golf Club has an 18-hole Championship course plus an executive 9-hole Par 3 golf course.
We recommend you have your own transportation such as a rental car. This will allow you to discover all that the Mayan Rivera has to offer on your own schedule. However, if you do not have your own car, shuttles will transport you to different sections of the resort during your stay. You can also have the all-inclusive option by purchasing day passes (9am - 6pm) at a reduced fee through Bahia Principe. With purchase of the day pass you will have access to the Bahia Principe's pools, entertainment, and beautiful beaches. This will also allow you unlimited food and drinks throughout the Bahia Principe Resort. If you do not want to purchase the day pass you will still have acces to the the Resident's Private Beach Club (a 300 peso fee or 300 pesos paid in food and drinks to use the cabanas).You will also have access to my Property Manager who will be available 24 hours a day during your stay. The unit is accessible by an elevator, and there is also 24 hr. security dedicated to the complex. There is Wifi at the concierge office free of charge.
As a Guest in our condo you will have access to the pool, gym, lounge & Bbq area within the terrazas Complex. With purchase of a day pass you will also have access to the amenities on Grand Bahia Principe Tulum (adults and Kids) and Sian'kan (adults only) Resorts, including pools, activities and endless gorgeous beaches.
Day passes also give you access several buffet style restaurants, and unlimited beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol)
passes can be purchased at the golf club offices at discounted prices vary depending in the resort of your choice. Transportation within Bahia principe complex is included.

Our Condo is located in a safe and secured gated community within Grand Bahia principe Complex, which consist in four 5 star resorts and a magnificent golf course.
Our condo is perfectly located, surrounded by vegetation, jungle, cenotes and turquoise beaches, but also a short drive from water parks and archaeological sites.

Our Condo is located about 100km south from Cancun Intl Airport, you can get there trough private transportation which is offered at the airport, ** it's recommended that you book your transportation prior arrival via internet, such as trip advisor, Orbitz etc.
You can also rent a car, there are several car rental options within a mile form the airport.

Please if you could take care of my linens will totally be appreciate it. If you happen to stain any of the sheet or comforters and towels or lose beach towels will be deducted from your deposit.- Upon checkout please empty all trash and take to containers outside the unit. Turn off all air conditioning and lights. Leave the key on the kitchen counter. When you leave the unit for any reason please turn the air conditioner off. These units will cool off rapidly and please do not have balcony door open while the air condition is on

Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200
Surveillance or recording devices on property - When you come to the front door there's a ring doorbell and there's also cameras outside in the far corner for the pool area.
