Our spot in Tulum is near all the action. With a short drive — or a quick spin on a bike, scooter, or ATV available for rent right downstairs — you'll be in the middle of awesome restaurants, shops, and everything Tulum has to offer. And the famous Mayan Ruins? Just 5.7 km down the road. Whether you're a foodie, a shopaholic, or an adventure seeker, this neighborhood has it all.
Getting Around:
The property is about 45 km or 28 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 121 km or 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Other Things to Note:
You must climb stairs to access the pool inside the apartment.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance, by 5 pm the day before the service.
There is no elevator.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
