Our beautiful home is both luxurious and relaxing with the split print of the home from the two story main living quarters with primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, one designated office, kitchen, dining and living spaces located on the main floor with two additional bedrooms upstairs to the loft style casita with access from the main house as well as private entrance which has its own kitchen, dining space, walk in shower and living space.
The half-court basketball area and pool are now not the only main outdoor attractions as we've just added a brand new spa to our outdoor features making your experience even more enjoyable! For those grilling enthusiasts, we've got you the perfect spot for you to unwind by grilling traditionally or on our Traeger smoker (pellets not provided)! The wrap-around bar seating area is a great spot for entertaining as well as dining outside.
The family will be thrilled to share the experience under one roof with the private, gated courtyard entrance, excellent for privacy, leading right into your next memory-filled vacation!

-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we follow a strict cancellation policy!
House Rules:
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.

• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each property. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation but it is recommended to provide your own transportation
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
