Welcome to Horace aka Fargo's newer backyard neighbor! Our brand new house is you modern suburb oasis is designed to welcome the whole family in. This home is three bedrooms, two bathrooms and you will find a full kitchen with all the essential cooking equipment. This home is also unique in that it is all on one floor!
Getting Around:
- Scheels Arena is an 11 minute drive
- The Lights is a 9 minute drive
- The new Fargo Sports Complex will be a 5 minute drive
Main Living Space:
As soon as you step inside in the house you will notice the fresh feel of the new home. As you walk down the entry hallway you will see that you are greeted by a bright and open living space, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large patio window. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, and a flat-screen TV equipped with all your favorite streaming services. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a sleek and modern dining table that can seat up to six people comfortably.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, as well as plenty of counter space and storage.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. You will find shampoo, conditioner and body wash have all been supplied so you can get so fresh and so clean!
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large closet, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress over a queen mattress. No matter where you choose to lay that precious head, we can assure that you will get some quality sleep.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are modern and stylish, with clean lines and luxurious fixtures. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and you can find your shower essentials awaiting you as well as a hair dryer under the sink! Also there's a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience.
Parking:
You will be able to park in the two stall garage and two cars can fit in the driveway. Additionally, you will alway have free street parking available.
