Our Clam Beds cabin is our largest cabin in our Rogue River Oasis complex. It sits on the bank of the Rogue River with a wonderful view. It features it's own concrete patio area that is fenced in, patio furniture, and a BBQ designated just for the Clam Beds. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This home has had some updates, which include the fenced in patio area with the river view, new heating and air conditioning, and interior paint with more to come. You can also enjoy the common grounds area as well. The common patio is shared with the other 4 cabins in our complex. There is a gas fire pit and more patio furniture for all to enjoy. With recent COVID precautions all common area items are cleaned and sanitized for your safety.
As with all of our vacation rentals we are pet friendly with your paid pet fee.
The space
Our Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI, flat screen TV, washer and dryer in unit as well as an Electric fireplace. Linens, towels and starter paper products are provided for our guests. We even have pet bags and scooper to help clean up after your pet in the designated pet area. Please use designated pet area.
We are approx. 7 min to down town, where you go out to eat, do some antique shopping or catch a jet boat trip. There is a fine dining restaurant approx. 2 blocks south of home also.
Nearest commercial Airport: Rogue Valley International - Medford 26 miles away. Relax and enjoy the calmness of the Rogue River.
This property has one designated parking space. If you need additional parking please let us know before your arrival. We can not accommodate trailers of any kind on this property, please contact us for a space to park utility trailers or RV. We are sorry we can not allow camping of any sort on property. The driveway and parking lot are monitored by security cameras.
