The Neighborhood:
Location can't be beat! Ocean breeze, steps to famed Fletcher's Cove Beach and a short walking distance to San Diego's Hippest Shopping Avenue, Cedros Design District. One block from all the great, unique dining and shopping on Historic Hwy 101 while still being located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for travelers looking for a relaxing getaway or comfortable business travel. The home is located on a residential street a block from Fletcher's Cove Beach and a block from Historic Hwy 101. You'll love being within a short walk to everything while still quietly secluded.
Getting Around:
Once in Solana Beach almost all needs can be met and exceeded on foot. Our very close, easily walkable proximity to the Solana Beach Train Station means that you can very simply get to and from hundreds of locations all over the coast and beyond. Going south, the train very easily gets you into Downtown San Diego, very near the San Diego International Airport, Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, etc etc!
Other Things to Note:
Our checkout instructions only ask that you be sure you have all your things, turn everything off, lock the door on your way out, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not ask that you do laundry, dishes, trash etc like many hosts do.
Guests must agree to our Good Neighbor Policy.
Noise
Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed.
Occupancy
We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property.
- This is one of four identical apartments in the building. All of the floorplans, finishes, and furnishings are identical, but this is the only one with a peak-a-boo oceanview out of the living room/ kitchen area.
- Access requires one flight of stairs. This is a second story apartment that is located above office spaces. Offices are predominantly quiet, massage, therapy, and professional offices that operate during the day M-F.
- Fireplace is not for guest use during stay.
- The sleeping accommodations are two queen beds.
- The TV is a Smart TV Roku enabled to access all of your favorite streaming services. There isn't cable television service attached.
- Internet is your exclusive use, Ting high-speed fiber wireless
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.
