Positive: This little house has a great deal of potential and I really appreciated the remodeling of this home that was probably done as much as 10 years ago but it's still nice and it's got newer appliances in it which is very convenient. No ice maker however in the refrigerator...I'm spoiled I guess. It has an absolutely wonderful sunroom/Florida room on the back of the house. We spent the majority of the time in that room when we were at the house. The backyard with the pool and it has a beautiful pergola with plenty of seating out there, a Weber grill, two separate tables plus a coffee table with couch and outdoor pillows. If you read my entire review you'll find the exterior landscaping does need maintenance done to it ASAP to truly enjoy this space. But overall we enjoyed staying in this home and we will even try it again if the maintenance is taken care of. There is a Publix approximately 1.1 mi away which is convenient. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and well manicured. There are some transients wandering through the neighborhood now and then not sure if they're homeless or just tweakers but we didn't have any issues with them and overall my wife and I felt safe. I would recommend this home overall.

Negative: The toilet didn't flush very well, it is my understanding however that this particular neighborhood has old sewer pipes and there may not be much the property owner can do about that at this time. This property even as it is a older home could be a 10 easily if it had some maintenance done to it. The exterior could be beautiful and I'm sure it was when it was first landscaped and created however the lack of maintenance is really a problem right now. A lot of overgrowth has taken over the back yard to the point where only about half of it's usable and the trees are constantly shedding into the pool so much so that it clogs the pool filter several times a day (we also had substantial winds during our visit which contributed to the problem). The front yard landscaping needs to be addressed as well as when you park your vehicle in the driveway if you want to get out you have to strategically place your vehicle so that you're not in the trees or the bushes...they need trimming badly. Last but not least the property's Wi-Fi has a range issue inside the home the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the front bedroom so you cannot watch TV in the bedroom the sunroom at the rear of the home TV works just fine and you get good Wi-Fi reception in the backyard but anywhere from leaving the kitchen towards the front of the home there is none. I noticed they have their router inside a cabinet in the sunroom so that would probably explain it. It probably would be fine if it was moved out of that cabinet and in the open air of the home.

Summary: Cute and mostly comfortable.
