Summary: I’ll start off with the good. Great location in neighborhood. Pool and hot tub very warm, felt amazing. Now the bad. Dryer was not working when we got there. It was not fixed for a few days. Communication with the management team regarding this was horrible. They sent someone to come fix it five minutes before they were no longer working that could not even fix it. Was told I would get a call in the morning regarding someone coming to fix it. They never contacted me that morning or by themselves again and entered the home without telling me while we were gone. There has to be a leak in the pool somewhere because every couple of days the pool water would go down by a couple of inches. The pool filter did not work so I had to skim the top of the water to get bugs out every single time I swam. The pool left us feeling slimy as I doubt there was ever any chlorine added to it, and it was not a saltwater pool. To be completely honest, my problem was with the Management and their communication. They did refund us a little bit of money, but the hassle in dealing with them was not worth staying here.
