Brand New & Modern, completely OFF-GRID home is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and stunning views.
Enjoy the privacy of Cordero Negro! We look forward to welcoming you as our guest. You will have the one acre property all to yourself, however, and keep in mind that this is our private home we are sharing and some personal belongings are on hand. Please be respectful to any areas that may be marked as inaccessible.

Our self-sustained home is powered solely by Solar, water is brought in and stored in a 'Pila' located under the garage and is filtered through a multi-filter, UV system to ensure is is clean and safe for use and consumption.
We have all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Starlink WiFi, Air Conditioning, Appliances and kitchen tools. Comfy beds, with soft linens and great showers! There are no blinds or window coverings in the way to obstruct the sunrise and sunset views! Sit around the fire pit on the upper deck and catch the fireworks from the resorts off in the distance.
Los Zacatitos is a hidden gem that will make you fall in love with the raw and rugged landscape of the desert. We offer beautiful, modern accommodations that allow you to relax and unwind in comfort. A quiet beach is just a short 10 minute walk away and there is also the famous 'Zac's Bar & Grill' that you will pass on the way to the house. Stop in for a 'Fun-Size Margarita' and indulge in some fabulous Mexican recipes or juicy burgers.
When you're ready to take in the sights and deliights, there are a couple Organic Markets in the area during the week and don't forget to take in the Historic San Jose del Cabo Town Center on Thursday night to experience the Art Walk and check out some of the amazing restaurants!
