Positive: The location

Negative: I was charged twice for 2 nights when I was there for one night for the last two weekends. Once you book through booking there is no way to cancel and they will charge you anyway. I tried canceling in the facility for the second nights with no success. I won’t use Booking anymore.

Summary: The facility should have control of what the customers need to change or modify in order to better assist them.
