Enjoy the serenity of this quiet neighborhood, while likely becoming a bird watching expert! Brand NEW pool with STUNNING views of the mountains and sunset! Enjoy 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms all on the main level. Downstairs has laundry and beach supplies. The house has a fantastic front porch with breathtaking views or enjoy the back tucked away from the wind.
This property has two access gates for gated parking. Enter on the bottom level where the outdoor shower, half bath and laundry are located. The stairs lead you up to the patio and living area. Or enter from the top gate and have direct access to the top yard with pool and front door entrance into the house.
Guests have mostly full access to the property, the garage is locked.
