Our home is on a quiet cul de sac where we enjoy a beautiful home that we built, with a very private and relaxing backyard. We have gardens, a pool and jacuzzi, and an outdoor deck with fireplace and barbecue. It is heaven! We are also close to local beaches, Legoland, San Diego Botanical Gardens, and wonderful hikes. San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Gaslamp District, Coronado, and many wonderful museums at Balboa Park are all within 45-60 minutes away. Venturing farther is Mexico, Los Angeles, Hollywood and Venice and Santa Monica beaches. Our neighborhood is safe with long time neighbors, and we are next door to a local school/park with swings and large green playing fields. Shopping, golf, restaurants, and trails and parks are within 5 minutes. We have a large master bedroom with a large spa bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a large game room with sectional couch that can easily accommodate sleeping teens, with adjoining bathroom.
