This well maintained vacation home is furnished in a charming seaside décor, newer flooring throughout and is located only 2 1/2 blocks from the bay beach & Harpoon's on the Bay Restaurant. The comfortable living room has a 48" tv and queen size sleeper sofa, the primary bedroom has a king size bed and 32" tv. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room are some of the features that offer guests an enjoyable vacation experience.
A finished basement is a bonus offering an additional 800 sq ft of living space. The nautical themed man/kid cave features a family room, tv, poker/game table and laundry area.
