Our Casita is entirely independent of our home in a quiet neighborhood near the Indian Wells Tennis Center and the Coachella Valley rock concerts and Stagecoach. The unit contains a queen size bed, keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, TV and wifi. We have two poodles in our house that never enter the apartment. We do not allow smoking, pets or children. My French husband and I both speak French.
