Casa de Ensueno is a classic hacienda-style villa, in the prime, gated location of Palmilla Norte with direct ocean, beach, and golf views with direct access to one of Cabo's few swimmable beaches.
Ideal for 2-3 Families, Multi-Generational or Reunion/Anniversary celebrations as well as Corporate retreats and remote work for teams. Each suite is self-contained, own entrances, and patios. Unlike most 6 BR homes, 5 of the 6 suites have unobstructed ocean, beach, and golf course views. The primary 5 BR's are large with their own decks and direct ocean, and golf views. The 6th BR is a smaller casita with a full bath and two twins (best for singles or children),
We have 1GB Fiber Optic hard-wired, 300+ mbps wireless internet, Smart TV with Dish TV with Sonos speaker system in great room and pool/spa outdoors.
Proximity to the One & Only Palmilla resort provides flexibility to book additional rooms, such as a corporate group.
Ping pong table on the pool deck. Fitness equipment downstairs includes a bike, a multi-purpose exercise machine, and free weights. The indoor sports court below has a full-height basketball hoop, two kayaks, styrofoam surfboards, and water toys. Direct access from the downstairs garage to one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. Excellent trails along the beach, golf course, to the hotel, and The Shoppes at Palmilla; choice of flat or steep step routes.
We have been coming to Cabo for over 25 years and loved staying at the Palmilla and old Hotel Cabo San Lucas (now Chelino Bay). Ensueno reminded us of those grande classic-style suites. It was built as one of the first houses in the first private development in Palmilla, and with only 30 homes, it was Don Koll's (owner of Palmilla) choice to build three of his own homes close by. One of the three only swimmable beaches in all of Cabo. Even Villa Del Mar has to come to Palmilla Cove to swim. You can walk to the only fishing fleet between Cabo and San Jose.
Ideal if you like a great large house, with many private and group areas, golfing, swimming, fishing, lounging, and dining. Particularly good for families, remote work, and corporate retreats.
We would love to share it with you. No bachelor parties or college spring breakers. This is a family and friends home. Please treat it that way. You will also love our staff who have been with us for many years, and our manager who built our villa.

The views in this Palmilla Norte Hacienda are out of this world.
Five of the bedrooms, and the whole living space look out to sweeping ocean views. You are also practically on the beach since the opening to the golf course is on the Arroyo which extends to the beach. There is plenty of living space for a large family and friends, and there are numerous outdoor spaces. I particularly like the outdoor gym and pool combo. The property is located on one of the most swimmable beaches in all of Cabo. You can also go for very long walks down the beach. We would gladly come back!
