It is located in a strategic part of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, 5 km from the historic center, which is easily accessible by public transportation. Nearby, you’ll find bars, bakeries, pizzerias, excellent restaurants, shops, and hypermarkets; and a little further away, just 1 km away, is the famous DUCATI factory with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away and easily accessible by bus 54, which stops right in front of the house. The central station is also easily accessible with just one stop on the suburban line. For those arriving by car, we are close to all highway interchanges and highway loops. You can even easily reach the FAIR by car using the highway loop; otherwise, take one stop on the suburban train to the central station, and from there, several bus lines are available.
