Inside, the first floor features a bright, open-concept layout designed for gathering. The living area includes a large sectional sofa, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining space and fully renovated kitchen. The dining table accommodates up to eight guests, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for four. This level also includes a convenient half bath, laundry area, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor offers additional space for relaxation, featuring three bedrooms and a secondary living area that serves as a perfect hangout for kids or teens.
