Summary: The house was as described and true to the pictures posted on the listing. Other reviews are accurate as to location in proximity to the ocean and amenities. Good value for the size of the property and easy to get taxis, Uber rides and buses. Lots of locals and as this property is located by a kindergarten, so you should like the sounds of children playing during the weekdays. Very quite at night though. We used both of the patio areas and appreciated the shady spots. Would recommend this unit if you are OK to not be right by the beach and like to have a more authentic, less touristy area to experience Puerto Vallarta from. We would be back for sure.
