- The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm
- To use the common area jungle jacuzzi, guests need to book at least 6 hours in advance. The jacuzzi is available from 12 pm to 9 pm. Due to the contingency, a maximum of 2 people is allowed.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost - Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- We will provide you with a keychain with the condo symbol and a QR code. With this, you will get a 15% discount in the restaurant. In case of loss or in case of not returning it, a fine of 50 USD will be applied for replacement.
- There is a gym available at the complex.
- If traveling with infants or toddlers, you can rent a pack-n-play with the mattress and a high chair if needed at $5 USD per item per night.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed on the premises, and the use of any recreational drugs in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
