The chef's kitchen, adorned with exquisite quartz countertops and a central island, is fully equipped, boasting an array of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Modern appliances, including a full-size gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, and coffee maker, await your culinary creations. Stay cool with 2 ceiling fans and an air conditioner at your disposal.
The house's open-plan layout, flooded with natural light, features the main living area on the ground floor, encompassing the kitchen, dining/living room, a convenient guest half bathroom, and a laundry room complete with a washing machine and iron. One of the Master bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and an outdoor shower graces this level.
