Enjoy the Ocean views from this spacious multiple level Victorian style home located just steps to the beach in The Pines with energy efficient solar panels and a Private Elevator! First floor has four bedrooms 1 with a King size bed, 1 Queen size bed and 2 Twin beds and another with 4 twins (2 sets of bunks). The 2nd floor is the living and dining and kitchen areas and has another bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a Queen sofa bed in the living area for extra overnight guests. Walk across Surf Avenue to the beach through the dunes and just a short walk to the North end of the boardwalk. Take the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach to enjoy the nightlife. Also 5 miles north is historic downtown Lewes Beach with bay beaches, fishing, dining, museums and much much more.
