Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. Evidence of a pet will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Service: Please note this is a short-term vacation rental, and as such, daily cleaning or laundry services are not included. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning services, please feel free to contact management.
