This accommodation has the plan 4 design of the famous San Felipe beach front rental condos. The main entrance is located by the side of the building. The entrance easily impresses with decorative sand stones around the main door all the way up to the roof. As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by travertine floors, a nice open floor plan with high ceilings and single casement french windows that gives an airy ambiance. Immediately to your left is the living room with two couches and center table made of walnut wood. Across from the seating area is the gas powered fireplace for those seldom cool nights, and right above the fireplace is a 48" wall mounted LED HDTV with Satellite TV connection. Being on vacation in San Felipe doesn`t mean you need to miss out on your favorite TV show.
Go past the living room and you`ll find the dining room with Brooke dining table in chocolate color and seating for 6. This contemporary dining table complements the classic arrow back chairs in a distinct appeal. Pull the curtains open by the dining room window and you have nothing but the beautiful Sea of Cortez and palm tress in front on you.
Kitchen Description
The kitchen is modeled after modern open-plan design where a semi detached kitchen counter doubles as social space and alternative table for meals. kitchen combines elegance and functionality with the wide granite counter tops and granite back wall splash which can be easily wiped down after preparing meals. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all cooking utensils the simple cook or gourmet chef could desire, so there is no roughing it like in a hotel suite, or timeshare - this is a San Felipe beach front rental condo after all.

Bedrooms and Occupancy
This San Felipe beach front rental condo has three big bedrooms and sleeps 8 which is also the maximum occupancy. The first bedroom is located on the lower floor as is to the right as you walk in the front door. This bedroom is carpeted and comes with a queen sized bed, dresser and night stands with fancy bedside lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and his and her sink.
Head upstairs and you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom as you arrive upstairs is the guestroom with queen size bed. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower tub. Designed to sleep 2 guests.
The 3rd bedroom is the extra large master bedroom with French doors out to the East-facing balcony. The bedroom faces the beach and features a king size bed with frame made from Cheery wood. There is a separate bath tub and separate shower enclosure. There is a walk-in closet where you can store your cloths and luggage.

- If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
For our guests who want to stay in touch with work or friends, we have free WiFi available in all our El Dorado Ranch gated community restaurants.
