Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This is a lovely and comfortable apartment in the pleasant area of Aldea Zama. Very quiet. Nice pool and rooftop. The TV and apartment is a nice nest, good for working. Wifi also good. Kitchen basic but had all I needed.

Negative: The balcony is COMPLETELY blocked with concrete, and this was specifically shown as an open green space in the photos. I consider this misrepresentation. As outdoor space is important to me, and I work from home, this greatly affected my trip. The management refused to give a partial refund for this, until I complained via Booking directly. Moreover, I was at one point without towels, as the shower flooded unexpectedly... as well as there was no blanket in the room, and a few other things I needed. They always responded to my messages, but NEVER came with the things to address the issues. I was lucky to find a housekeeper there that was kind enough to assist, but it was clearly not her job. So I can't say there was any support from the management. Seemed they just wanted extra money for this apartment, were not willing to properly host if not for extra money, nor take accountability for the misrepresentation in the advertisement. That was disappointing, bc otherwise I truly enjoyed the space!

Summary: Nice apartment in Aldea Zama. No open green balcony.
