Summary: The staff was kind and the hotel room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the advertisement as per hotels.com of 2 pools, beach service and a functional spa were false. There was one pool with the other under construction, no full spa experience and no beach service. The beach was small but there were areas on the lush property that if promoted, the guests could have experienced this. More construction of other bar areas was also being done during the day. The property perhaps should have stayed closed while these modifications and improvements were being made. We had a three night stay, but after the first night we left for another resort.
