Summary: One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Right from the start,it was not a good stay. The room we reserved was not honored. We had trouble getting into the hotel around 11pm. There was no explanation about how we get back into the hotel at night. Lastly, I was refused a bottle of water to take much needed medication and was told to go and buy it at the OXXO. It was such a disappointing experience, it ruined our trip to a much anticipated visit to Patzcuaro.
