This is in the desired location of the private community of playa del rio. Our home is walking distance to many amenities as well as a short drive to restaurants , shopping and casinos. This 3 Bed 2 bath has boat parking on the side of house, privacy fencing enclosing the property, fire pit in the backyard as well as a tiki bar pub table. Dine inside or outside depending on your mood! Our home is a great place to come and relax and unwind after a long day on the water or a day at the sports field!
