Perfect for a family getaway. Our home is built on five acres in a beautiful maple forest. There are all sorts of things for you to enjoy! Indoors we have a cozy fireplace, a kids play area (workout rings, swing, basketball arcade, etc.), kids art area, TV with DVD player, and lots of games, toys, and books. Outside we have a zip line, fireplace, basketball hoop, volleyball net, soccer goals, playhouse, sledding hill, and numerous trails that meander through the woods.
Guests will have the entire main level as well as half of the basement to themselves. The other half of the basement is a separate mother-in-law suite with it's own entrance via the back patio. Our family sometimes occupies this separate space during the overnights, but we try to keep quiet and we encourage the guests to enjoy the space fully without worrying about noise (they are the ones on vacation after all). Sometimes we are also out of town during guest stays (feel free to reach out if you are wondering on this).
Guests should also be aware that we have a few outdoor cats who roam the property. They are not allowed inside but our kids thoroughly enjoy playing with them outside and guests are welcome to do the same.
