The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter into the living room which opens to the dining room. The living room consists of a queen sofa bed, two arm chairs, and large SmartTV. Just past the farm table in the dining space is the fully-equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware included! In this space you will also find the washer and dryer.
This home has four bedrooms. The first bedroom is just off the dining room and is fitted with a king bed. The other three bedrooms are through the barn door, just off the living room. Back here the first bedroom has one full bed. The next room has two full size beds. The last room is perfect for kids! It has two twin over twin bunk beds and a SmartTV.
There are two full bathrooms, both have been updated! The first has an all tile standup shower and the second has. shower/tub combination.
If you head out back, there is a small deck with a couple of chairs and a grill available for use!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in Midtown in a residential area. Situated between Spring Hill Dr and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
