It’s only 3 blocks to 5th Avenue and 4 blocks to the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Just about everything you could need is just a short walk away. There’s even a Super Walmart in walking distance!
There are also so many things to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

Getting Around:
There are limited street parking spaces at the property. In the event you have a car, just be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day as well as the town parking meters. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. The rate is $2 MXN for every 12 minutes with a 6-hour maximum. Luckily, however, the property is so centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.
The condo is about 54 km or 33.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and 36.5 km/22.7 miles from the Cozumel Intl. Airport (CZM) including the ferry ride distance over to Playa.

This 506-sq. ft (47-sq.m) condo has 1 comfortably-furnished bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a double futon pull out for extra sleep space. The place can accommodate up to 3 people.

Maintenance - Construction Noise:
The property next door is carrying out some general maintenance work from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm and on Saturdays from 10am until 2pm. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Electricity Charge : For short-term reservations (up to 27 nights) electricity usage is included in your rental. For long-term reservations (28 nights or more) you will be charged an electricity fee of $2.50 USD per night.
A security deposit of $300 USD is required prior to arrival and subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Wi-Fi, TV (with Chromecast only), bed linens, and towels provided free for all guests during your stay. Also a Pack-n-play for small children is available for free, upon request, based on availability.
This is a pet-friendly property but you need to obtain authorization at time of booking, prior to bringing your pet with you and there’s a one-time $50 USD cleaning fee that must be paid before arrival. Additional charges may apply if any damage takes place to the property or common areas. Pets are not allowed in the rooftop or in the pool.
Home and bath essentials -- some items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, and trash bags are provided in your starter kit, but any other items/supplies must be purchased and brought onsite by the guest.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 23 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
