Large, two-story house with 4 bedrooms and tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The second floor features a large sun deck with bay view and barbeque, large living room and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The first floor has three large bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, large outdoor shower, and linen closet with bath and beach towels. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably (2 bedrooms have double beds and 2 bedrooms have two twin beds). Each bedroom has two windows with cross ventilation, a closet, dresser and electric fan. The house also comes with two window air conditioners that can be installed in two bedrooms as needed. The kitchen is fully equipped because the home owner loves to cook and entertain. The large living room and dining room are surrounded by windows so there is always a lot of light and cool ocean or bay breezes. A killer sectional couch is perfect for napping. The dining room table opens up and can seat 10. The large sun deck with a tree top view of the bay (and surrounding roofs) is a wonderful place to read and relax and it is perfect place for end-of-the-day cocktails at sunset. The house is conveniently located. Guests have the calm vibe of Seaview but they are close to the excitement and entertainment of Ocean beach. The beach is 2 1/2 blocks away and the bay is 1/2 block. The center of Ocean Beach is a quick 5 minute walk, and it is even shorter to walk to the Seaview Market and ferry terminal. The house location is convenient to either the Ocean Beach or Seaview ferry terminals. We would like to rent our house for a total of two weeks during the summer, Monday-Sunday (6 nights). Utilities are included. Pet friendly. Seaview is a family community so no party shares. Because the house is built on stilts and high, it was not damaged during hurricane Sandy.
