If bodily fluids (including blood, vomit, urine, or feces) are present in the home or on linens, furniture, or other items, an additional biohazard cleaning fee may be charged. These situations require specialized cleaning beyond standard turnover, and fees are based on the actual cost incurred.
Long-Term Stays
- For bookings exceeding 2 weeks, an inspection and a mid-stay cleaning will be required at your expense.
