We are in the coveted first cove of The Estates, and are the first house around the bend and closest to the Margaritaville. You can choose to walk up the hill or take a short drive to the main resort. Our lakefront location offers stunning views of the lake to the right and to the left the world renown championship golf course "7th hole". There is a built-in bar, and BBQ grill and plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, a large BBQ event, or just fishing and gathering at the deck and dock areas. The Exterior is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lake life as it is meant to be. Lakefront views with fireplace in living room. 24 MM Dock that easily accommodates pontoons; boat rental available at resort. Perfect for large group or multi-generational stays.
