Summary: Wanted to love it, but attention to detail is lacking and rooms need a deep clean. Offered wine or chocolate at check in, received neither until I went back to ask how to get it. Discussed parking at check in , but was not give a parking pass. That was another trip to the desk. Bath gel dispenser in shower was empty at check in Housekeeping did not clean room in a timely manner - we were gone from 7 am to 2pm daily and the room was only cleaned one time. Floors in the room are so filthy, dirt washed off the soles of our feet every shower (we take 2 a day) and random hairs (not ours) came along for the ride. They need to deep clean the floors and carpet. Fair warning: our lanai door was not locked when we arrived. Had we not checked, that would have been a security problem.
