Positive: The physical space of the hotel was amazing. The pools and restaurants were great. The access to a portfolio of parks is unmatched.

Negative: It rained into our room and flooded multiple areas on the first night, and the response and efforts to fix it were disappointing. The check in takes forever after a long day of travel, and the staff sometimes get little logistical things wrong (i.e., not knowing the correct time for your airport shuttle) that make you wonder about how well the place is run.

Summary: A great vacation, but if things go wrong, their management is not great at fixing them
