Summary: Amazing hotel but check-in is at 3 pm and I called at 01:20 pm where I asked for early checkin and they told me they would check and asked the head of cleaning. I booked two rooms so having any of the two seemed possible. At 01:45 pm I was personally there and they told that it would be until 3 pm , no early checkin possible. I came 2:55 pm and only one the rooms was ready until 3:20 pm. I needed to leave my stuff, change clothes, take a quick shower and meet someone at 3:30 PM so I was eventually late despite that I called two hrs earlier and I was there, in person asking + despite I booked two rooms - both not ready. Note that the checkout is at 12:00 so they have 3 hrs in between. The hotel is amazing but I cant understand how they couldnt have any of the two rooms ready, including a 2 hr earlier notification and a few more after.
