Amazing POOL HEATED Oct 1st - May 31st. (plus any month that is cooler). Pool heat is maintained from 82°-84° depending on the weather.
Spacious & modern home with split floor plan. The living room and one bedroom have direct access to the lanai overlooking the pool. 3 Smart TVs, desk, lounge chairs, and many comforts of home. Fenced-in yard.
STRICT, NO Parties, or Events Policy. Cameras on the exterior of the front & back of the home.
We love our clearwater home. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. We have made many improvements over the last year and still plan do to more in the very near future. We have spent 100's of hours improving our home. New Windows, Doors, AC, Roof, New Patio and so on.

House Rules:
-Booking: The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. The Primary booking party must also be staying at our home throughout the stay.
-Valid identification must be submitted to the property host via message center at booking. Must be clear and able to read Identification.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-9:00am per city ordinance. Please respect this. We have great neighbors and we do not want to disrupt them.
-No unapproved visitors or unregistered guests.
-Rates Listed are for 8 guests or less. We do charge $25 per guest/per night for 9th-12th guest
-Guest Maximum: Maximum of 12 guests on the property at all times. Please provide an accurate count when making a reservation. If your plans change, please update your reservation to reflect an accurate guest count.
-No more than 3 vehicles per city regulations
-Children must be monitored while swimming.
-No parking or driving on grass
-Do not block or obstruct the security cameras.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-No glass in the pool or pool area.
-Do not leave trash or toys in the pool when departing.
