This is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed. We have severe allergies to smoke. There are also no parties or events. We live on site, and therefore we do not allow parties or any extra guests that are not already on the reservation.
The fireplace is currently not in service. Please do not attempt to use it.
For pets, VRBO requires honesty in disclosing your pet on the reservation. We have cameras outside, so sneaking in a pet is not a good idea. You will be billed for the pet fee.
We cannot accept long term bookings with cats due to allergies. If you are staying for a day or two with a cat, that is fine as long as you agree to our pet stipulations.
