With room for 18 in real mattresses (not airbeds), this house is custom designed for groups to live and socialize in long or short term. The Villa is designed and equipped to fit 18 comfortably, or up to 22 if you don't mind being cozier. It has:
--Poker, pool, pingpong, and bumper pool tables
--Board games galore
--Thoroughly stocked kitchen
--Barbecue, firepit, and horseshoes.
--Unlimited hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms
--Plates, silverware, etc for up to 25
--65" smart TV with Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and Kanopy.
--The 6th bedroom is an inlaw suite, attached to the main house but with it's own kitchen, entrance, and working area. Ideal for those in your group who want to be with the group but also have some privacy.
We are centrally located, across from a park and near two farmer's markets, dozens of restaurants, and the Tucson Mall.
This is not a corporate-owned guesthouse, furnished to minimum specifications with generic Ikea and Amazon stocklists. This is a unique home, filled with games and features to give any corporate group or family plenty to do after work or a busy day, and decorated with the art, authors, and colors of Latin America.

--We love 99% of our guests! But for those who intend to party, this house has a noise, motion, and occupancy sensor. It is locked. There are cameras around the property. The internet is also locked, and cannot be disabled.
Our neighbors know us, like us, and have our phone number. They don't like loud parties, and they will call the police. We live literally down the block. We will see the cars.
Any extra guests beyond a couple extra family and friends will be made to leave unless we were notified first.
--There is absolutely no smoking inside. There will be a $300 cleaning fee for any rooms with any odor of smoking at all. This includes cigarette butts in the trash.
--Every single dollar of our cleaning fee goes to our cleaner.
--We are solar powered, have 100% cotton linens, use plant-based shampoos and conditioners, and have a smart thermostat that detects motion in the house and reduces the AC when people are gone.
--The air conditioning has a cooling range down to 73, and the heating has a range up to 74, with some flexibility upon request.
-- The 5th bedroom and the inlaw suite each have their own heating/cooling systems, with no restraints.
