BVG is known for its unique architecture with Mediterranean flair and its spectacular location in the Marina Vallarta District. It borders a championship golf course Marina Vallarta and Country Club. Our condo was decorated by an interior designer and has 1600 square feet of luxury ocean view living. This condominium has ocean views in every room and private balconies in both of the master and second bedrooms, including separate bathrooms and a large kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer and everything you will need. The Bay View Grand complex features filtered water but there is also a water bottle dispenser available for your use also. A laundry room is located off the kitchen with a new washer and dryer for your convenience and ample shelving in the utility closet. The kitchen windows face the beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains and the dining room, living room, bedrooms and deck face the lush, tropical gardens of Bay View Grand and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. The condo is furnished with all bedroom linens, plenty of bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, 3 ceiling fans, and alarm clocks.
The large private balcony with its own jacuzzi tub, overlooks a lush, tropical paradise with beautiful flowering gardens and palm tree below, large infinity pools, beautifully landscaped grounds, the ocean waves breaking on a manicured beach, a virtual parade of sailing yachts during the day, along with whale watching, dolphins playing and ocean sunsets each night on the beach. Relax at one of 6 infinity pools and enjoy being served by one of the waiters if you feel like lunch, a refreshing drink or cocktail. This comfortable condo is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs, cable, internet, magic jack phone for free US and Canadian Calls, and a Mexican phone line for local calls. It also is furnished with all bedroom linens, plenty of bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, 3 ceiling fans, and abundant closet and dresser space in both bedrooms. There are night stands with reading lamp and high quality memory foam and gel bed toppers for your comfort. The master bathroom is spacious and the oversized shower has a seat for your comfort.
Free wifi is also available at the pool. This incredible community has 24/7 security on the grounds that include lawn chairs, palapas, sand volleyball, a library, and a top notch fitness center with massage services available, saunas and steam showers, and two tennis courts. There is also a convenience store available.
BVG is a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport and it is walking distance to the fabulous Marina where multi-million dollar yachts abound and dozens of fishing boats and sightseeing tours go out to see. The Marina is filled with wonderful restaurants that include quaint relaxed dining or high end fare. There are boutiques, markets, bars, shops, local vendors, and sight-seeing tour desks. Bay View Grand is also a quick taxi or bus ride to historic downtown Puerto Vallarta and the fabulous Malecon (boardwalk) that showcases sand artists, local artists and vendors, musicians, nightclubs, restaurants, bars and fantastic shopping.
