This beautiful two bedroom condo sleeps 6 or 7 depending on how cozy you want to be. There is one king with a Casper Hybrid mattress that will give you the best sleep you've every had, one queen bed with a Memory foam mattress with a Tempurpedic mattress topper, and a super comfy queen sleeper sofa. Blackout curtains throughout the entire condo. Snuggle up and enjoy the electric fire place. If I am able to offer early bag drop off's or possible early check in's I will. If you are looking for somewhere that will hold over 6 people I have access to another space that is right next door.
This condo is one of Nashville's gems, and it's nearly impossible to find anything as well appointed, close to town, and with a peaceful river view as this one. If you want to be within walking distance to all the attractions in Downtown Nashville without all the downtown noise, then this is the home for you. Step out of the home and it is a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, where there are many restaurants and honky tonks with live artists every night.

You will be able to access the entire unit, fitness center and laundry room. You may also use the fire-pit (please put the fire out completely before leaving) and the gas grill.

You have access to the entire condo. Keyless Door Entry, your code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You'll also have access to a community laundry, pool is closed during winter months, fire pit and fitness center, as well as covered parking too.
