This cozy four season cottage sits on 4 acres with mature trees and a short path down to 79 feet of lake frontage on Little Long Lake. Next to ATV/ Snowmobile Trails. There are 3 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, 1 paddle board, jon boat, swim mat, yoga mats and so muxh more. There are 2 fire pits with chairs on the property. The cottage has 2 bedrooms which are located in the second level. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin bed with a large dresser snd closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, a twin trundle under doubke bed with a dresser and closet. The bathroom is located on the maon level. The washer and dryer is located near the stairwell. There is a sofa sleeper in thr living room along with a shelf full of board games, puzzles and books. The kitchen is dully equipped with a coffee/ tea station and a large 6 person dining room table. There are 5 sets of snowshoes and poles available for guests.
