Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Property has washer/dryer, a private fenced yard with plenty of seating and westside views, and off-street parking. Central heat/air and ceiling fans in every room.
Note: utilities and wifi are included, but there is no TV, so if you stream TV, you’ll want to bring your own device to connect to wifi. Also, although the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large fridge, microwave, and pots/pans, etc, there is no dishwasher.
