This 1 BR, 1 bath home has full kitchen, elec. fireplace in LR, Wi-Fi, TV, AC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, AC, heating, Starling WiFi, kayaks, secure yard. Pull-out bed in LR great for 1 adult or 2 kids. Hiking, swimming, fishing. Walking distance to beaches. Close: Oyster House, JJ’s Cantina, Xochitl Cafe, Wrecked at the Reef. Shared yard with another property. You will be welcomed and enveloped in the beauty unique to Choya Bay.
The house is complete enough to live in full time, which we actually did when we first moved to Mexico. This allowed me to perfect details in the house; very complete kitchen, all you will need.
Park on the pavers directly in front of the house and enter through the front door.
We love dogs and the large yard is secure, however if your dog is small enough to push through narrow fence posts, then a leash would be advised. One or two dogs are welcome; they are an extra one time $15.00 a dog per trip.
